Excellent all-round yarn
This is my favorite brand for afghans and winter hats and scarves. Bernat costs a little more than Red Heart but it's better quality. I don't find knots in the middle and the diameter and weight is consistent for all colours. It also pulls out of the centre of the skein with fewer tangles.

Color is more accurate than I expected
My only complaint is that I expected this yarn to be more brown than it is. But upon comparing it to the picture I must admit the picture is very accurate and it was just my eyes or my wishing that it would be the shade I wanted lol Definitely not a bad thing, but it did mean I used a different yarn for my project.

A Bit and some knots
Loved the color of this yarn but it was thin in some places and I came across some knotted pieces.

If you like acrylic yarn for afghans, this yarn makes a soft, cuddly, light-weight afghan that is a pleasure to cuddle up under. Yet the yarn knits up with great definition to really showcase cables and textured stitches. The redwood heather colour is a gorgeous, warm shade that looks great with neutrals to warm up a room.
