Lovely, soft 5Bulky Roving wool
Whoever said wool is too itchy has never touched this wonderfully soft wool! Worked up great with a size 10mm resin crochet hook. I started the project with a 10mm Furls wooden hook but the yarn was gliding over that hook too smoothly, causing me to drop stitches too often. The resin hook gave the needed resistance. There is no dye lot to this wool, which was comforting to know in case I ran out. I made a cardigan with it. The tag reads: Mecha is the perfect size for quick but not-too-heavy projects. I wish I had known this when buying as I can see the pull in the cardigan from its weight. Also, the dye from this wool came off on my hands. Very slightly, but enough to see a blue tinge on my fingers. I would buy again but for a smaller project.
