Same dye lot number, totally different shade!
Purchased 8 skeins to complete a beach cover-up. Approximately half way through back of project, realized the new ball of yarn I was using, although stated as the same dye lot and colour number; was a noticeably different shade. Had to rip out. Not very pleased, to say the leastl Will likely not have enough to complete my project.
