Red Heart Soft Yarn
This yarn is so beautiful and soft. Very easy to crochet with.

Not great
A much thicker 4 than Patons Canadiana or Caron Simply soft. Weave is looser, but doesn't split. It's not exactly coarse, but definitely feels more synthetic than other acrylics. I bought this yarn because I needed a lilac colour. Caron Simply Soft in Orchid is a lilac. Go for that, and skip this one.

Great yarn, washes well
I've been using this yarn for several years and find it had a nice texture and is good to work with. I bought a single ball of lilac color after it seemed to be discontinued in local stores to finish a blanket that I needed a fraction of a ball for. I found that despite the description matching the previously purchased yarn, it was significantly thicker than what I had been working with. Not a big deal for my afghan project, but if you're in the same boat as I was, be aware, especially if a change in the weight/thickness of the yarn could negatively impact your project or be too noticable.
