Happy with the prompt service, although some balls would have lots of knots. Regarding order #130768—-I made a blanket using all 5 balls and when I finished knitting I noticed three areas that were different shades—-2 were lighter and 1 was darker. I have worked with other blanket yarns with no problems. I realize that its not your fault but it’s frustrating to do all that knitting and have that happen.

Soft yarn but knots in it where it was tied together
I like the softness of this yarn but it seems almost every ball has one or two knots where it was broken and then tied together
