Great Yarn!
I have used Super Saver yarn for many afghans and the yarn holds up well after years of use and many washings. It is actually fairly soft and makes for nice afghans

Lovely poncho
I'm using this yarn to make a simple adult poncho. As each row of the poncho evolves, the merging of the colours in this yarn are gorgeous. It has an "icy" look to it - as it should, being called "Icelandic" - and what better than an "icy" poncho to keep the chill off your back? I'm furiously working on the second half of the poncho and can't wait to get it assembled and ready to wear.

Color misleading
This yarn (called Icelandic) as photographed looks to be a mix of blues and grey. It is actually two shades of turquoise and two shades of grey. I don`t understand why the images are sometimes so untrue and I`ve had this experience several times here. The yarn itself is Red Heart`s basic super saver. Easy to work with.
