Not great for a Shawl
This was all on me. I am new to cotton yarn and wanted an entry level yarn to work up a shawl. The ombre does not lend itself well to that type of pattern and the shawl ended up looking very haphazard with lightning bolts of the grey. Otherwise this is a great cotton! Works up well, with very little splitting when crocheting, and flows nicely of the crochet hook. (I used 4.5mm and 5mm Aluminum hooks). The colorway is gorgeous - for other household items.
