More than just a blanket yarn
I love this product and all the blanket yarns by bernat. Last year everyone got an afghan - blanket sized. It took a little finessing of patterns but this year I made toques, scarves and slippers for everyone. They loved them! So cozy, warm and soft. Next, I'm going to try winter sweaters and coats. They wash like a dream and hold their shape beautifully. Such a versatile yarn!

Hunting for camo afghan
A certain young man asked me if I could make him an afghan that looked camouflage. Wasn't sure of what I would find till I saw the "Gathing Moss" yarn. Gave this a try and he was quite happy with the end result.

Best yarn for afghans
This yarn makes the best blankets! My whole family just loves them, they are so soft, warm and cozy. I just used this color for my son who is military with a dark green fringe and he is thrilled with it. It is a fantastic color.
