The yarn is durable and easy to work with. Colour selection is minimal. Texture is on the scratchy side. I would not use it for infants or toddlers. For example, Patons Canadiana yarn is much softer and still durable.

Excellent wool for children’s knits.
The colour was a little brighter than I was expecting but still a very pretty purple and my grand daughter is thrilled with her sweater. This wool is very easy on the hands and knits up really nicely. It also holds up well to frequent washes which makes it suitable for children’s items. This is my go to wool for children’s sweaters.

The right colour choice for me
This yarn was chosen for it's colour. The deep purple was needed for a specific project and I was not disappointed. The yarn is easy to work with and does not split or fuzzy out. This was my first yarn from this collection and I definitely will be ordering more from this collection in the future.

The yarn is fairly soft, no fraying or splitting and the colors are beautiful
