Talk about "Thick & Thin"
As others have noted, this "roving" yarn sometimes becomes so thin it no more than a thick thread! I have no clue how Red Heart classifies this yarn as a 4 medium. My experience tells me it's a DK or 3 weight most of the time. That said, the colours are beautiful and the yarn is very soft.

Beautiful yarn
This yarn is so soft and the colours are beautiful. I love how the texture of the yarn fluctuates from thick to thin making knitting with it interesting.

Dragonfly yarn not a good choice
The size of the yarn changes with the different colours. At some point you are working with a thick piece of yarn, then the next it is so thin you are afraid it will break.... I wish the yarn diameter had been of a more consistent size and shape... it is all over the place diameter wise.... Wish I hadn't bought it.

Colours are so vibrant and just as it looks online, can’t wait to get started on another project.

WORTH 5 STARS
Unforgettable is one of my favourite yarns. Because it's a roving yarn, it has slight variations in thickness, but that's part of its charm. I use it mostly for hats and scarves so that's not a problem. It's so soft with a slight luster and I've never had it split. I'm particularly fond of the greens, blues, and purples so Dragonfly is probably my favourite in the whole line. The colours are just beautiful.

Less than I hoped for
The different colours are different thicknesses and a ball does not go as far as it should have, and I think the thin parts really contribute to this. It does not seem as sturdy as other yarn I have used. Considering I paid more for it than the rest, it was very disappointing and I have to buy more to finish my project. However, it is very soft and the colours are wonderful and go well together. I can see why it is named Dragonfly!
