Make soft blankets quickly.
It's very soft, and makes up blankets quickly. The yarn does break easily, so I'm not sure about its durability, though I suppose the average afghan isn't laundered or pulled on heavily too often.. I bought the "cranberry" colour expecting deep red, but it's very pink.

Best yarn for afghans
I have made many blankets using this yarn. It crochets up fast, and is so soft, warm and cuddly. Absolutely my favorite and I plan on making many more projects with yarn. I made the Bricks Blanket (found at Yarnspirations) using this color and it turned out great.
