Versatile
I will always use Pipqueak along with other yarns (lately bernat velvet - that is another story - too loopy) Bliss yarns, Sidar yarns, etc. I like alot of texture in my blankets and Pipsqueak fits the bill. I crochet blankets for my local Post Office (for the past 5 years) and they auction them off in October. From what I hear from the PO these blankets are the talk of the town and sometimes beyond our town. There is one person who has bid and won 4 blankets! all the comments have been how soft this yarn is and to please continue producing blankets using this yarn, IT'S A HUGE HIT!!! I am not "married" to the recommended hook size -- I will use 6 to 10 size hooks

Baby blanket
Love the colour...blue and white. Perfect colour for a baby blanket of a future Toronto Maple Leafs fan.

Soft and Fluffy
Used this yarn to make a baby blanket for my grand nephew. Loves his blankie and my niece has on several occasions left it at home when spending overnight at grandma's. Hence the reason for my making another blankie in this same yarn but in a colour that matches his room décor. This one is considered his back up blankie. Ha ha! Prefer to knit with this yarn than crochet as crochet I find it hard to see the chains because of the fuzziness of yarn. In knit easier as you can see each stitch on the needle. Incredibly soft, fluffy and warm. Not too heavy for baby. I highly recommend it.
