Eco Tweed DK Yarn

Estelle Eco Tweed DK is soft on the skin, breathes easily, and is lofty and lightweight making it perfect for year round garments. It’s a woolen spun tweed yarn so more air is trapped between the fibers giving it more meters per skein and making it more elastic as well as luxuriously soft. Perfect for creating all sorts of cute, tweedy garments and accessories. 

Estelle Eco Tweed is GOTS certified organic - because of the GOTS classes it has to be called “wool” but is actually 50% wool, 25% alpaca, 25% Cellulosic Viscose. Many viscose fibers are toxic to the environment but Eco Tweed DK is very different and free of any chemicals.
