Elsebeth Lavold along with her husband started their own yarn label in 2003. Her yarns have become known worldwide for their stunning fiber combinations and textures. Elsebeth is passionate about all things knitting and has been recognized for many of her popular patterns. She is best known for her Viking Knits Project where she translated beautiful Viking Age patterns into cable knitting, resulting in unique, eye catching designs. These patterns are now documented in a travelling exhibition and five books.
